Company Milestones

  • 1974: Established in Shenkang Dist., Taichung City, originally named "Hong Bing Iron Works Company", focusing on OEM hand tool accessories.
  • 1979: Began manufacturing pneumatic tools.
  • 1987: Hong Bing Pneumatic Industry Co., Ltd. was founded as a professional pneumatic tools manufacturing factory.
  • 1987: Adopted the first conversational CNC machine developed by "Victor Taichung Machinery " Works.
  • 1988: The first pneumatic tool, OP-301, was launched, marking the beginning of pneumatic tool R&D
  • 1992: Expanded business through overseas exhibitions.
  • 2000: Introduced pneumatic hole-type ratchet wrench products.
  • 2002: Moved to a new factory and introduced semi-automatic and automatic equipment.
  • 2002: Pioneered the development of pneumatic plastic-body wrenches, opening a new chapter in product innovation.
  • 2003: Implemented Solid Edge 3D CAD software.

QC Test

All components at HONG BING are manufactured strictly according to the dimensions specified in engineering drawings, and undergo comprehensive quality inspections using various precision measuring instruments to ensure full compliance with design and quality standards.

In addition, each product is subjected to both in-house testing and external field durability tests to continuously verify performance and service life. Any issues identified during testing are carefully analyzed, corrected, and improved to further enhance product quality and fully meet diverse customer requirements and expectations.
