🔹Applications

Suitable for installation of M3–M12 rivet nuts (excluding stainless steel M12).
Delivers stable and reliable pulling performance at 90 PSI (7 BAR).

🔹Air Supply & Setup Guidelines

For optimal performance, use with an FRL unit (Filter, Regulator, Lubricator) to ensure clean, regulated, and lubricated air supply.

Continuous operation above 90 PSI (7 BAR) or excessive stroke settings may reduce tool lifespan.

🔹Routine Maintenance

  • Add 2–3 drops of low-viscosity air tool oil into the air inlet every few days
  • Run the tool idle for at least 3 seconds to ensure proper lubrication
  • Check hydraulic oil level monthly and refill if necessary

Insufficient lubrication or low oil levels may result in reduced pulling force and unstable performance.

🔹Quality Control Guidelines

For consistent production quality, it is recommended to use a pull force tester to verify tool performance before daily operation.

This helps prevent assembly defects and ensures stable fastening results.

🔹Stroke Adjustment Guidelines

Proper stroke adjustment is critical for correct operation:

  • Insufficient stroke may result in incomplete fastening
  • Excessive stroke may damage threads or mandrel components

Improper use or long-term overstroke operation may cause tool damage and is not covered under warranty.

🔹Product Features

Industrial-grade design for high efficiency and durability.
Engineered for continuous operation in demanding production environments.

🔹Warranty

This product is covered by a one-year warranty (excluding consumables and misuse).

Repair services are available for non-warranty cases, with full spare parts support provided.
